Who we are

What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, enquiry type and message, and, if you choose to give them, your organisation and phone number.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and our fonts are hosted on our own servers.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you asked, to tell you when TagForLife is available to buy. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who handles it
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email using Microsoft Azure Communication Services, and the website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Microsoft processes this information on our behalf. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and for no more than two years unless we go on to work together.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we’ll respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
